Rates and Policies

Please contact me prior to sending me your transcript to ensure I have room in my schedule to accommodate your request.
Please send all transcripts to me in .pdf format. If you need to convert a file to .pdf, a great online resource can be found here.
My annotated transcript will be emailed back to you with only the annotated pages attached. You should see corrections in both yellow highlighter and red ink.
For jobs that exceed 200 pages, please send the job to me in "chunks" (about 50 pages at a time) so that I can be working on one part while you are working on another. This will help me complete the job at a faster rate!
I send invoices twice a month, and payment is expected within 14 days.
For first-time clients, your invoice will be sent with your annotated transcript, and payment is expected within 7 days.

First-time clients will receive their first fifteen pages proofread for free!
If you refer a client to me, you will receive a 10% discount (up to 100 pages) on your next transcript!

There is no limit to how many people you can refer! (Make sure you tell your referral to mention your name so that I can apply your discount).
